3D graphics are rough. Stones overlap like discs, pits have no depth. Stones spill over at the ends. Gameplay is OK. Rules are explained simply.

Good graphic, stable. I like the fact that I can choose the # of marbles to play. Its a good representation of the real game. I hope that theres the seven hole mancala with seven pebbles. The # of marbles in one hole is shown, there should be an option to hide the #s so there would be no cheating or counting instead there should also be a max time limit for a player to take his turn.

Junk! This $1 app stuff is starting to piss me off. If the developers make a crap game, oh well, it was just one dollar... And no way to get a refund. Highway robbery

When I want to play the game again or restart the game it freezes, then I have to exit the game and start over as if to reopen the game, would help alot if that can be fixed other than that I luv it

Im usually not very good at games....but I progressed from losing to the easy AI to beating the hard AI with 4 or 6 stones per pit in an hour or so. Id love to have some tougher levels.

For those of you old computer geeks like myself, you might remember this game as a game within a game from Quest for Glory 3: Wages of War, or you might just be looking for a fun time waster, and this is it! If you do not know how to play, it comes with a little in game video with directions. The only issue I had, was I had to restart my iPad (seemed that there wasnt enough memory to play the video) to get the video to play. But other than that, it works great!

so far Ive played it a few times and it froze each time i won but was fine if Al won...maybe it will be better after a few more tries...

Good implementation, other than the fact it freezes at the end of the game and needs to be quit and restarted. Would also be great to have a countdown timer game clock option.

Great game. Very easy to pick up but you can spend hours learning the finer points. If the developer fixes the bug that causes the game to lock up this will be a five star game.

Mancala is a time-honored game thats easy to learn, fun to play and can be quick paced. This app is gorgeous and well done. Good tutorial, too. Get it. Youll enjoy it. The only hitch is it does tend to lock up at the end of the game from time to time. For me the first time was when the AI opponent (iPad....hey, a guy gets lonely sometimes!) and I ended in a tie. Second time when I beat the AI opponent 28 to 20, ending the game with a last move of moving one stone over to capture the opponents last stone. Each time requiring a restart of the app. Hasnt happened in the middle of a game. Nothing awful, really. Just restart the app. The bug has been reported and is a known issue.

Very few people seem to know how to play this game, so I am grateful for the iPad app. The colors are nice, the graphics are very clear. Love the music and the sounds. The AI is just right. The game moves smoothly and quickly. Ive not experienced any freezing issues nor have I had to restart the game (except when I was losing). This is honestly one of the best 99 cent purchases I have ever made. This is a game I will play over and over. Hats off to the developer!

Its okay. It is a AWESOME game, but sometimes it freezes and you cant unfreeze it.You have to restart the game. Only sometimes.Otherwise, its a great game.

Its a fun game although I wish there were a harder computer opponent. Ive always loved this game but I find the hard setting a lacking the complete challenge that I have when playing with friends.

This is just like playing the original game down to the sound of the marbles. Definitely a favorite!

When playing with player two starting on medium difficulty, you cant play again without revisiting main menu.

Running iOS 5 and the app crashes. Cant play it anymore :( tried deleting and reinstalling and hard restarting my iPad to no avail. Hope the update comes out soon. 5 stars if it works!

Worked wonderfully till the OS5 update....now it wont even open! I really miss it! Fix it quickly before I find another love to replace it!! And please notify the users as soon as you do. Thanks. Waiting impatiently ;-)

Just bought the game. It doesnt load. Keeps crashing. Running iOS 5 on iPad 2. Please fix!

This is a wonderful game when it works. Please fix the problems with the new OS.
